CCM BOOTS WITH MISSION FRAMES?

I'M PLANNING ON BUYING A PAIR OF MISSION GENERATORS CHASIS FOR A PAIR OF 655 CCM BOOTS ANY ONE HAVE THESE MUTANTS?

when i was going to buy the frame the guy at the shop told me the frame doesn't sit well on the last two holes so i need to drop a washer before riveting it or bolting it.I'm just not sure it will give me such a sharp angle front that it will affect my backward skating . i'm a defenseman
