I see all this adult "Gold" or "Platinum" rating...what does all of this mean? Just experience a guy has or something?

It's basically your A, B, C league rating only on a national level, Platinum would be the best, or A, Gold B, Silver C, etc. It's basically how good you are talent wise.

Platinum is the highest level on the NARCh scale for NARCh Tournaments. Think of it as the elite level player, or those teams who play at a level just below PRO.

Gold is the next level down. It is basically those teams who are close to getting there but short by just a guy or two, or maybe a bounce or two.

Silver is next. Basically these are the guys who have been playing for a few years, can handle recreational play with some ease, and will be ready for the gold level with a little more practice.

The Bronze level is basically the guys out there with little previous experience, yet manage to win games.

I think this basically explains it as far as I understand it.

Gold level is pretty good, so you gotta work hard to get there!

Basically you dont decide what level you are - but through tryouts, or by invitation to certain teams who play at a specific level - you will have an idea. It also varies a bit by region. In a region with less experience - they may send a team to compete at a Narch Platinum level in a regional tournament. After getting zipped pretty good - they may decide that they should go to the next Tournament as a "Gold" team or whatever. The competition gets pretty fierce to make Platinum teams who can compete at Torhs and Narch National level tournaments.

Platinum games are pretty fierce, put it this way I am not quite there, maybe another year or two I'll be able to hang with the big boys. lol
