Pick up games in VA, DC?

I'm going to be in the DC area next month and I'd love to find a pickup game/open stick. If you know of any hook me up!

There's indoor pickup in Virginia at Slapshotz in Fredricksburg, Va (see www.slapshotz.com) and in Frederick, Maryland (see www.fredericksportsplex.com). If you are looking for outdoor fun, there's an outdoor rink near College Park, Maryland. There may also be indoor pickup in Chantily, Va but I'm not really sure.
